Excellent small airline …..
Travelled for the first time from Dundee to London on Loganair. Was a very good experience. Easy check in. Had hold luggage so that was sorted easily. Our only delay was the weather which could not be helped. Arrival in London was quick, easy and painless. Luggage came quickly and easily. Overall it was a great choice - better than the train and so much faster!

Worse airline ever
Awful. Flight cancelled , poor information , staff with no information, waited hours for it to cancelled. Lacks staff , lacks planes , lacks consideration for travellers. Worse than bad.

Efficient and friendly
My flight was short but even so I was given a complimentary drink (tea/coffee/water) as well as the choice of shortbread or a chocolate biscuit. The seats are comfortable and staff attentive.

Cancelled flight
I was flying from Birmingham to Inverness LM583 the flight got cancelled and I was forced to board a flight to Aberdeen and then take a taxi for 3 hours. I totally erased my first night of a 4 day trip . I am claiming compensation due to the nature I was treated.
